I'm Suzanne Beaumar, a mixed-media artist based in Franklin, Tennessee, who loves sharing positivity with my communities through my original artwork and products!

I have been sharing my art with others in the Middle Tennessee region for years. Whether teaching classes, participating in vendor events, selling through a booth space, or curating products, I try to leave an authentic piece of motivation and joy wherever I go.

So... what is mixed media?

​

Mixed media is a visual art form that combines two or more art mediums into a single, integrated piece. Mixed media primarily sits on a canvas, but I utilize art journals, sewn products, ornaments, and everything in between as a surface for my creations. I like to think there are no "rules" to mixed media; the crafting possibilities are endless!   

 

All of my original pieces are one of a kind! I create from inspiration, and strongly believe that originality is the key to authenticity. By doing so, I upcycle materials onto canvases, use gelli printing techniques, and have recently expanded into sewing practices to create fun, colorful pieces enjoyed by you.

Additionally, through the encouragement of my wonderful family and students, I've branched into selling my designs as reproductive items and handheld products. I've produced pillows, coasters, magnets, tote bags, and even designed an iPad case! I tell you, the first time I saw my work on a product was the most gratifying and validating experience! It is a blessing to be able to expand my work beyond the canvas to suit the additional needs of new and returning customers. My "why"

I do it for you! I am thankful that I get to "play art" all day long as my career.  My family is so supportive of my creativity, and I am grateful to grow a base of amazing clientele to share what I love.
